10 Then King Ahaz went to Damascus to meet Tiglath-Pileser king of Assyria. He saw an altar in Damascus and sent to Uriah the priest a sketch of the altar, with detailed plans for its construction.

Definition(s):
Ahaz (Eh-haz): one that takes or possesses
Damascus (Da-mas-kus): a sack full of blood; the similitude of burning
Tiglath-Pileser (Tig-lath-pill-eh-zer): that binds or takes away captivity
Uriah (Yoo-rye-a): or Urijah, the Lord is my light or fire
